Contact snnchronisation with Outlook and Renault Telephone sy

Contact were all succesfully transferred from my Nokia phone. Contacts do not synchronise with my contacts in outlook (old hotmail) which is my back-up. Calender does synchrionise but only manually. (should this not be automatic?)

I have renault megane with tomtom GPS and tel system. It only transfers a strange selection of the contacts which renders the car system basically useless. I cannot tell if this is a car problem or a Huawei problem and my garage cant solve it.
